Privacy notice.

How ResolveOps handles personal information from this website and initial inquiries.

Who this notice concerns

This notice covers visitors to resolveops.org and people who contact ResolveOps through the inquiry form, by email or by telephone. It describes the website and initial business correspondence. An engagement may need separate confidentiality, data-processing or security arrangements, depending on the work.

ResolveOps decides how information submitted through its business contact channels is used. Send privacy requests to admin@resolveops.org with enough information to locate the relevant correspondence. Do not include passwords or unnecessary private records.

Information you provide

When you contact us by form, email or telephone, we receive the details you choose to share. We use them to understand the request, assess whether we can undertake the work and reply.

The inquiry form asks for your name, email address, subject and message. Your company name is optional. Email and telephone correspondence may include additional information you choose to provide. Please avoid sending customer records, credentials, health information or other sensitive material in an initial inquiry. If private project material is needed later, we will agree an appropriate transfer and access method first.

Technical information and protection against abuse

Vercel hosts this website and may process request information such as IP address, browser information, requested URL, timing and error information to deliver and protect the service. This can include infrastructure logs and security signals.

Vercel BotID checks technical browser and request signals to protect the inquiry form from automated abuse. Hosting and security services may also process information needed to deliver and protect the site. We do not use those signals to build an advertising profile.

This version of the website does not include optional advertising tags or visitor analytics scripts. The handoff worksheet operates in the current browser page and does not submit its text to us or save it in local storage.

How an inquiry is delivered

If you submit the inquiry form, our server checks the request and passes the message to Resend for delivery to the email account used to manage ResolveOps inquiries. Resend and the receiving email service process addressing information, message content and technical metadata to deliver and store that correspondence. A confirmation on the page means the delivery service accepted the message; inbox delivery can still depend on the receiving service.

The contact page also provides email and telephone links. An email link opens the mail application or service you use. We use the contact information you provide to reply; an inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing list or an automatic promotional sequence.

Purposes and legal grounds

We use inquiry details to take steps requested before a possible engagement, manage business correspondence and maintain records of that discussion. Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, this may involve steps toward a contract or legitimate interests in responding to business inquiries and securing the service.

We may also process information where needed to meet a legal obligation or handle a dispute. We do not sell information provided in business inquiries. We do not use this site to make decisions about individuals solely through automated profiling.

Access, storage and retention

Access to business correspondence is limited to people and service providers who need it for the relevant purpose. Hosting and email providers may process information in the United States or other locations where they operate. Applicable contractual and legal safeguards depend on the service and the data involved.

We retain correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage an ongoing business relationship, meet applicable recordkeeping obligations or address a dispute. We do not state a single deletion period for every inquiry because the purpose and legal requirements can differ. Information no longer needed should be deleted or otherwise handled according to the applicable retention requirement.

Your requests and other websites

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may be able to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, or object to certain processing. We may need to establish your identity and consider legal obligations before completing a request. Contact admin@resolveops.org to raise a question or exercise a right.

Links to external websites are provided for convenience. Their operators decide how those sites handle information. This site is intended for business use and is not directed at children. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, please contact us so the matter can be reviewed.

We may update this notice when the website or relevant processing changes. The version available here describes the current service; significant changes affecting an ongoing engagement may also be addressed directly with the relevant contact.
