This website introduces ResolveOps and its technology and operations consulting services. By using it, you agree to use the site lawfully and in a way that does not interfere with other visitors, the hosting service or the inquiry channels.

Please do not attempt to obtain unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, circumvent security controls or submit automated or misleading inquiries. We may limit access or reject requests where reasonably needed to protect the service or comply with applicable requirements.

The service descriptions do not confirm availability, create a binding offer or guarantee a particular result. The scope, commercial terms, responsibilities and acceptance conditions for paid work are agreed separately in writing.

Examples and working notes are general information. Illustrative situations are not presented as completed client engagements, and templates should be adapted to the actual business process. You remain responsible for deciding whether a general resource is suitable for your circumstances and for obtaining specialist advice where needed.

Sending an inquiry does not create a client relationship or require either party to begin an engagement. We use the information to understand and respond to the request. Initial submissions should not contain passwords, private customer records or material you are not entitled to share.

If an engagement requires access to systems or confidential information, the access method, permissions and any relevant confidentiality or data-processing terms must be established before that material is exchanged. An initial email is not a substitute for those arrangements.

The site's text, identity and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may read the website and use the worksheets within your own organization for the purpose described. You may not present the site's identity or content as your own business or resell it as a competing resource without permission.

Third-party photographs, software and fonts remain subject to their own rights and licenses. References and links to outside services do not imply that those operators endorse ResolveOps or that we control their content or availability.
