For operations, technology and reporting teams.
ResolveOps works with process owners and the teams responsible for applications and reporting. The right participants depend on what needs changing.
Operations and service teams
For a request queue or approval workflow, we review what the receiving team needs before it can act. The work can revise forms and routing rules, including what happens when information is missing or an approver is unavailable.
The people doing the work contribute recent examples and try the revised forms or routing. The process owner agrees the rules and responsibility for maintaining them.
Technology and delivery teams
We can repair an application connection, review architecture options or prepare a technology change for handover. The teams responsible for each system help establish its business rules and the access needed for the work.
Current capabilities, vendor limits and support arrangements inform the scope. A proposed build also needs a team able to operate and maintain it.
Finance and reporting teams
When reports disagree or month-end depends on an undocumented adjustment, we trace the calculation to its source records. The reconciliation records the differences and the checks to repeat at the next close.
Accounting judgments, statutory reporting requirements and audit opinions remain with the appropriately qualified professionals. We make that boundary explicit when defining the work.
Access and responsibilities
The work needs a sponsor who can secure access and involve the relevant people. It also needs a named route for policy, commercial or supplier decisions outside the agreed changes.
If a critical dependency is missing, we can help identify what needs to be established before implementation begins.
