Workflows and approvals
Configure request forms, approval routing and handoffs in the tools your team already uses.

Forms and routing configuration
We map how a request reaches a decision, then configure the forms and routing rules covered by the brief. The review includes decisions made in email or outside the application, so the revised route reflects how the work is handled.
Tests cover ordinary requests and the exceptions your team needs to manage. These can include missing information, a correction after approval or an absent approver. We check the route with the people submitting, approving and receiving the work.
Where the route breaks down
- Requests arrive by email, form and chat with different information attached.
- Approvers receive items before the supporting information is ready.
- Work is marked complete while the receiving team is still waiting for a file or decision.
- Urgent requests bypass the recorded approval route.
How we revise the workflow
- Follow recent requests from arrival to completion, including the decisions made outside the application.
- Define the information, authority and return route required at each decision.
- Configure the agreed forms, routing rules or work queues.
- Try the revised route with the people who submit, approve and receive the work.
Your workflow handover
- A map of the request route, decision roles and handoff conditions.
- The forms, routing rules or checklists included in the brief.
- Trial results for ordinary requests and the exceptions tested.
- Instructions for maintaining the rules and recording later changes.
Policy and authority
Your organization sets approval policy and delegated authority. We identify decisions that need a policy owner, extra capacity or a commercial agreement before a routing change can work.
