Assessing the proposed work.

The service pages describe the work available. The worksheets and hypothetical scopes show the sort of material to consider when defining an engagement. They are not client case studies.

Using the scope examples

The approval example covers routing when a budget owner is absent. The reporting example compares transaction dates; the integration example examines a transfer with an uncertain outcome.

For your engagement, acceptance conditions are agreed against the actual process, available access and work to be delivered.

Workflow checks and worksheets

The working notes explain how to examine the records behind a problem. They include an approval-route comparison, a report reconciliation and tests for failed transfers.

The worksheet and queue review CSV can help you describe the current process. Their fields are a starting point and can be changed to suit your team.
